The stretcher cage is designed to transport injured or immobile personnel from a building or excavation. It offers a safe method of lifting a stretcher without having to tilt it in any way, providing space for the stretcher plus an attendant.

The cage is equip with half height metal sides with an entrance door. Four legged chain sling comes attached to the four main lifting points.

The cage is for transporting a single stretcher with casualty and a maximum of one assistant, providing there is enough room for all to be safely transported.
