Main Components

25 m basic jib with hoisting winch and trolley gear. Extensions up to 50 m radius. Slewing frame with slewing gear, ball race bearing with central lubrication unit and slipring system. Counterjib with counterweights. Control cabinet station with control cabinet optional with driver’s cabin or remote
control with display.

Drive Technique

All drives frequency controlled squirrel cage motors, fully
thermal protected. Hoisting winch Hw 628.1 FU. Slewing gear
with electrically operated windvaning device. Automatic windforce compensation controls. Trolley gear.

Electrical Equipment

Equipment for supplie from 380 V - 460 V at 50 / 60 cycles.
Electronic crane controls. Incremental absolute encoders for all
operating movements. Electronic load measuring device at jib section. Crane cabin with multilingual graphic display showing
information to operator, both operational and diagnostics.
Remote control with display. WOLFF Boost function for 10% more load carrying capacity.

Safety Devices

Electronic overload protection system. Menu guided setting of
overload protection system and of all limiters. Working space
limiter. Anti collision interface. Trolley rope breakage safety

Tower Elements, Climbing Device

Tower configuration of WOLFF system tower elements. WOLFF slug bolt connection. Detachable hydraulic climbing device KWH 15.2 or internal climbing device KSH 15.

Undercarriage UW, traveling cross frame KRF

WOLFF undercarriage UW with gauge from 3.8 m up to 8.0 m or traveling cross frame KRF with gauge from 6.0 m - 10.0 m.

Cross Frame Element KRE, Cross Frame KR

For stationary installation. KRE elements can be modified to UW. Cross frames KR can be modified to traveling cross frames KRF.

Power Requirements and hook paths (Slewing part)

37 kVA ( Hw 628.1 FU), hook path 190 m in 2-fall operation.
