We are looking for a high-energy Head of Sales to spearhead our expansion in Norway. This is not a "desk job"; it is a role for a tenacious business builderwith the hunger and grit to establish WOLFFKRAN as the market leader.

You will inherit a small, high-performing team of four service and operations specialists, but your primary mission is clear: Drive sales. You are the face of the brand in Norway, the primary hunter for new projects, and the architect of our local growth strategy.


What tasks await you?

Strategic Market Development
  • Market Entry & Growth: Develop a "Norway-first" strategy, focusing on target sectors like urban infrastructure, residential high-rise, and specialized industrial/offshore projects
  • Network Qualification: Identify and qualify a network of local partners, dealers, and sub-contractors capable of supporting WOLFFKRAN’s high standards in the Norwegian market.
  • Commercial Awareness: Collate data from local sources to identify growing regions (e.g., Greater Oslo, Western Norway) and adapt price points to stay competitive.
  • Product Feedback: Act as the "voice of the Norwegian market," collecting specific requirements (e.g., cold-climate specifications, safety regulations) to influence the WOLFFKRAN product range.

Sales & Operational Excellence
  • Revenue Creation: Maintain a primary focus on selling premium crane products and long-term service contracts.
  • Profitability: Control the profitability of local customer contracts, ensuring high-margin service delivery.
  • Digital Integration: Deploy and manage standard company tools including SAP, Salesforce, and the WOLFFKRAN Configurator.
  • Compliance: Ensure all local HSE (Health, Safety, and Environment) standards and company policies are strictly adhered to.

What is your job profile?

  • Education: Degree in Engineering (Civil/Mechanical) or a Business-related subject.
  • Market Knowledge: Profound knowledge of the Norwegian construction and/or crane market.
  • Experience: 5+ years at a senior management level leading technical sales or service teams.
  • Sales Record: A proven track record of scaling business operations in Norway.
  • Language: Bilingual proficiency in English and Norwegian (written and spoken).
  • Technical Mindset: Strong understanding of heavy machinery or lifting solutions.
  • Self-Starter: Capable of working independently to establish the brand in new Norwegian regions.
  • Structured Approach: Systematic in managing long-term sales cycles and complex tender processes.
  • Customer-Centric: Deeply focused on building trust-based relationships within the Norwegian industry
